We’re excited about our partnership with Averra Developments on this stunning Net Zero home in Vancouver’s Mount Pleasant neighbourhood. It’s the city’s first Net Zero home to feature a Building-Integrated Photovoltaic (BIPV) solar roof, which was designed and installed by our team at Shift!

This innovative project showcases the seamless integration of sustainable technology and modern architecture, delivering a sleek, functional solution that doesn’t compromise on performance or design.

The home recently caught the attention of the Vancouver Sun, which spoke with our Director of Project Development, Tim Grandjean, along with the team at Averra, for a feature article highlighting the home’s design, technology, and sustainable impact.
